Graduate Studies Programmes
To contribute to human capacity development in southern Africa, SASSCAL aims to establish five Graduate Studies Programmes in member countries with funding from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in collaboration with national, regional and German partner institutions.
To this end, SASSCAL started a process of establishing the Graduate Studies Programme in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) to address a need expressed by the regional water sector for highly qualified professionals in the field of IWRM in the southern Africa. The IWRM programme will be launched in July 2020. More details will follow soon.
